Skills and strategies for communicating under pressure. Keeping control when in the hot seat is the marker of a strong, confident communicator. Personal and organisational reputations often swing on how a leader handles the tough environments.

By the end of the program, participants will be able to:

• Demonstrate an ability to keep in control, think on their feet and stay cool under pressure
• Know the keys to persuasive communication
• Make sure their non-verbal skills reinforce their words
• Have the skills to deal with a variety of challenging situations (e.g. Q&A sessions, community meetings, media interviews).
